Policy and Advocacy Officer, GhNCDA

Ms. Juliet Akuamoah Boateng is a Policy and Advocacy Officer with Ghana NCD Alliance. She has a background in General Psychology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Having served as a National Service staff with the Food and Drugs Authority, she is abreast with knowledge in food and drug labelling, quality management and post market surveillance. She takes pride in her solid reputation as a promoter of socially minded organizations; she has worked with various NGOs and gained hands-on expertise in Health and Climate Advocacy.

Juliet is passionate about public health; she contributed independently during the COVID-19 pandemic as a Community Immunity Ambassador, after enrolling for a certificate in a course titled, “Let’s Break the Chain of COVID-19 Infection” from the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates. As an open-minded lady, Juliet embraces every opportunity where her skills, knowledge and abilities lead to the achievement of collective goals as well as personal development.
